Grant Cluxton

Grant Cluxton NP is the Chief Executive Officer for OnSite Healthcare and Wellness LLC.  He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Master of Science in Nursing and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He has been in leadership for over 25 years, specifically in the healthcare industry for the past 13 years. This includes experience in the acute hospital and post-acute long term care settings. Grant has had proven success in pulling together various types of leadership to achieve common goals. These have included wholistic models with a team approach that also recognizes the importance of maintaining fiscal responsibility to all members of the team.  Grant is a servant that leads with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills in developing relationships with a determination to succeed.  His free time he enjoys scuba diving, hiking, camping, and spending time with his family.
